Our Story
Pizzeria Brava was born from a simple belief: that great pizza can bring neighbors together. We started with a single oven, a family dough recipe, and an open door to anyone craving a slice of South Minneapolis comfort.
Over the years, our shop has become a place for first dates, post-soccer slices, late-night laughter, and quick lunches on the go. We’re an independent, local team dedicated to fresh ingredients, oven-fired flavor, and a big-hearted welcome for all.

Our corner of the Twin Cities is more than just a location — it’s our inspiration. We’re proud to be a neighborhood pizzeria shaped by the rhythm of Nokomis, Powderhorn, and Standish. From supporting local schools to food truck pop-ups in city parks, we put roots down, and flavor out, right here at home.
